Quite close to airport. Hotel is clean. tidy and pleasant. Room neutral and clean but did smell of smoking. Large bathroom and good internet connection which you wont get everywhere in Myanmar. Reception friendly- welcome drinks given on arrival. Ask for non smoking. Not boutique but good value. Large pool good for kids.

The hotel was renovated. The room was quite spacious and comfortable. Located close to airport but a bit far from city fortunately there's a shuttle bus so it's not that bad. Breakfast is good. overall staying in this hotel was quite pleased.
